Yes, the request is for free.
Do I pay anything in advance?
Yes, you pay a service fee of 45€, when booking request is confirmed by artist.
How can I pay the booking fee?
By Bancontact, Paypal, Direct e-banking, Ideal or Paysafecard.
How does the artist get paid?
By the hat-model: free contributions from the public. Although the artist can ask for a minimum amount in the hat. You organise the payment the evening of the concert.
When do I receive contact info?
Once the service fee is paid, it is possible to exchange contact details.
Can I call/email the other person?
You can send private messages anytime, but contact details -if provided- will only be visible after booking confirmation.
Can I change the date/hour?
No, mention the change in a personal message. Only the artist can change the date and hour.
What about SABAM?
The fee depends on the concert. Ask SABAM here
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no refund. However, if the concert is canceled, you can use the service fee to book another artist. Send us an email.
Are the concerts open to the public?
No, this is a platform for private concerts.
How can I invite guests?
You can send a private invite to your guests after the booking confirmation.
How do I contact Living Concerts?
Email Addresses
Your phone number and email address can be shared with the artist once a booking is confirmed. By then, your listing address will automatically be showed to the artist on a map.
How do I pay?
Payments of the service fee are transacted online through the Living Concerts payment system. Simply press the button on the listing page, and enter your Bancontact or PayPal information. Payment of the artist occurs by the hat-model with free contributions from the public. Although the artist can ask for a minimum amount in the hat. You organise the payment the evening of the concert.
